A Little of Everything
Are we all tired of hearing the “latest news about COVID”? If not, here is an update from the Government of Canada for those of you planning on travelling with children:
Travelling with children
Travellers entering Canada with children, keep the following in mind:
Children under the age of 5 are exempt from pre-entry, arrival and day-8 testing. This does not apply to children who turn 5 on the day of their travel.
Unvaccinated children under 12 may be exempt from testing, but not quarantine requirements, if they are accompanied by a fully vaccinated traveller.
Unvaccinated youth aged 12 through 17 and adult dependents must follow all testing and quarantine requirements, whether or not they are accompanied by a fully vaccinated traveller.
